What helps us help you

• Reporting a bug? Tell us which tool you were using, which browser, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot is worth a paragraph. Since your data never reaches us, we can't see what went wrong on your screen unless you show us.
• Suggesting a tool? Describe the annoyance. Every tool on this site started as a small, everyday problem someone was tired of, and the next one might start with your email.
• Anything else? Just write. No format required.

A note on your email

Emailing us is the one time your words do leave your device, so here's exactly what happens to them: we use your message to reply to you, and that's it. No mailing list, no sharing with anyone, no follow-up campaigns. The full picture is in our privacy policy.
